At Jill's Pet Spaw, you're not getting a high-volume, rushed salon experience. You're getting a calm, home-based, one-on-one grooming session where your dog has Jill's complete, undivided attention the entire time. No cages, no kennels, no chaos — just patience, care, and quality.
Yes! We welcome all breeds — from tiny Chihuahuas to giant Newfoundlands, from short-coated labs to double-coated huskies to curly doodles. Every dog gets individualized care based on their coat type and specific needs.
Never. We are proudly cage-free. Your dog will be in a calm, comfortable environment the entire time — no kennels, no crates, and no waiting in a loud room with other dogs.
Appointment times vary based on breed, size, coat condition, and service. A small dog full groom may take 1.5–2 hours, while a large breed with a thick coat could take 3–4 hours. We never rush. We'll give you an estimated pickup time when you drop off.
Absolutely — anxious and reactive dogs are one of our specialties. We take things at your dog's pace, use gentle handling techniques, take breaks as needed, and never force them through anything that causes distress. Many of our most loyal clients have dogs who used to dread grooming. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare!
Walk-ins are accepted sometimes, but availability is not guaranteed. We strongly recommend booking in advance. If you'd like to try a walk-in, please call or text first to check availability so you don't make an unnecessary trip.
Pricing is based on your dog's weight, breed, coat condition, and the service selected. Dogs with heavy matting, excessive shedding, or other special coat conditions may incur additional fees. We always communicate pricing before starting — no surprises.
A $25 deposit is required for all new clients and any returning client who has previously no-showed. This deposit is applied directly toward your service total — it's not an extra charge. It simply protects our time and ensures committed appointments.
We require 24-hour notice for all cancellations. Less than 24 hours = 50% charge. No-shows = 100% of the service or forfeiture of the deposit. These policies are non-negotiable — we're a small business and our time is valuable!
Make sure your pup has had a chance to go potty before dropping off. You can bring a small comfort item if it helps. Most importantly, let us know ahead of time about any health issues, allergies, skin conditions, or behavioral notes — this helps us provide the safest, best experience possible.
Yes — drop-off and pick-up is our standard format. You bring your dog at the start of the appointment and pick them up when they're done. We'll give you a pickup window estimate and contact you when they're ready. Extended stay fees apply if pickup goes beyond the grace period.
We use MoeGo for online scheduling — available 24/7. You can also book by phone, text, email, or social media DM. Whatever works best for you!
