By booking an appointment with Jill's Pet Spaw, you agree to these Terms of Service. These apply to all appointments whether booked online, by phone, text, email, or in person.
A $25 deposit is required for all new clients and any returning client who has previously no-showed. Non-refundable for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours. Applied to rescheduled appointments for all other cancellations with sufficient notice.
24-hour notice is required for all cancellations. Less than 24 hours notice = 50% charge. No-shows = 100% of service total or forfeiture of deposit. These policies are non-negotiable.
A 30-minute grace period is included after your dog is ready. After that, $15–$25/hour will be charged. A late pickup fee starting at $15 applies once the grace period has elapsed.
You must disclose any known health conditions, allergies, behavioral issues, or medications before the appointment. Dogs must be current on rabies vaccination. We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if a dog's condition poses a safety risk.
Severely matted dogs may require shaving rather than dematting at the groomer's professional discretion to prevent pain and skin damage. Additional fees ($15–$50+) may apply. We will communicate before proceeding.
We take every precaution with senior and special needs dogs. Grooming can be stressful for older animals. By bringing a senior dog, you acknowledge the associated risks and authorize us to stop grooming if we feel it's in the dog's best interest.
Jill's Pet Spaw takes every precaution for the safety of your pet. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions discovered during grooming, reactions to products when disclosed allergies are unknown, or stress-related incidents in dogs with undisclosed health issues.
All listed pricing is approximate and may vary based on coat condition, behavior, and service specifics. Final pricing is confirmed at booking or drop-off. Additional fees are always communicated before services are performed.
