When you book or contact us, we may collect your name, phone, email, pet name and breed, appointment history, and any notes about your pet's health or behavior.
We use your information solely to schedule appointments, send reminders and confirmations, maintain your pet's grooming history, and contact you about your bookings. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.
We use MoeGo as our booking platform. When you book online, your information is stored within MoeGo's secure system. Please review MoeGo's privacy policy for details on how they handle data.
We retain your contact and appointment information for as long as you are an active client, and for a reasonable period afterward. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us directly.
We may photograph dogs during or after grooming for our portfolio and social media. If you do not wish your pet to be photographed or featured, please let us know at booking and we will respect that completely.
We take reasonable precautions to protect your personal information. No data transmission or storage method is 100% secure. We encourage you to contact us directly rather than via public posts when sharing sensitive info.
